How special orders work
Everything here is real product sitting in a distributor warehouse. It isn't on our shelves because we can't stock every colour of every sleeve — but we can get it.
The weekly cycle
- You order any time. Payment is taken up front.
- Orders are collected until Sunday September 6.
- We place one purchase order on Monday September 7.
- Stock reaches us about a week later.
- We ship it on, or hold it for pickup. Delivery lands around September 21; pickup is ready sooner, around September 16.
Pickup skips the last leg, so it is both cheaper and faster if you're local.
Shipping
A flat rate on every shipped order, whatever the size. Special orders are shipped twice — once from the distributor to us, then from us to you — so we charge one flat fee rather than building the cost into every price. Store pickup is free.
Cancellations
Free until the Sunday cutoff, because that's the moment your order becomes a commitment to our distributor. After that we've bought it.
If something comes up short
Stock counts come from the distributor's own feed, and occasionally an item sells out between the feed and our purchase order. If that happens we refund that line and ship the rest — you won't wait an extra week for one item.
Lots and cases
Some products can't be split. Where a distributor sells only by the inner pack, the product page says so and the minimum order matches the lot.
